SHIPPING POLICY

All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse - Sunrise, FL.  Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments to anywhere in the contiguous United States, using our carrier of choice.  Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each order / shipment.  Other terms apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and export orders.  We do not ship to P.O. boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses.

If you have Open Account Terms (e.g., N30), freight charges will be prepaid and added to each invoice, based on actual weight of each shipment, unless collect terms are specified.  

If you do not have an Open Account, we will contact you with a freight quote.  Please note, in these cases, payment will not be collected until your approval is obtained.

We accept requests for specified carriers; however, we reserve the right not to ship with certain carriers.  Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier fees or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the consignee.

Order pickup at our warehouse is available; however, pickup will only be permitted with advance notification and prior approval of facility.

All orders under $50 are subject to handling charges.
